1. About Recalibrate & Exhale
Recalibrate & Exhale provides psychology-informed digital artwork for homes, offices and professional spaces.
Products sold through this website are digital files unless otherwise clearly stated. No physical artwork will be shipped.
2. Digital products
After purchase, digital artwork files are made available through Shopify’s digital delivery system.
You are responsible for:
- providing a valid email address at checkout
- downloading and storing your purchased files
- ensuring your device and software can open the supplied file formats
Colours may vary between screens, printers, paper types and print providers.
3. Artwork licence and use across locations
Unless otherwise stated on the product page or agreed with us in writing, each artwork purchase grants the purchaser a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to print and display that artwork at one street address. This may be a home, office, consulting room, clinic or other business premises.
You may display prints in multiple rooms at that address, including spaces used by staff, clients or visitors. You may use a professional printing service to produce prints for display there.
To display the artwork at another street address, you need a separate licence for that address. Businesses with multiple sites can contact hello@recalibrateandexhale.art to discuss a multiple-site licence and its price.
This licence does not permit you to:
- resell, redistribute, share or give away the digital files
- upload the files to file-sharing websites or marketplaces
- make prints or other products for sale
- use the artwork in products, advertising, branding or other materials for distribution without written permission
- claim the artwork as your own or misrepresent its ownership
You may provide the files to a printing service solely to produce prints permitted by your licence. All copyright and intellectual property rights remain with Recalibrate & Exhale and the artist.
4. Printing
Artwork files are supplied in high resolution and are generally suitable for printing up to the maximum size stated on the relevant product page, commonly up to 50 × 70 cm.
Print results may vary depending on printer, paper, canvas, colour settings and finishing method.
Recalibrate & Exhale is not responsible for variations caused by third-party printers or printing services.
5. Prices and payments
Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout.
You are responsible for reviewing the final price before completing your purchase, including any applicable taxes, currency conversion or payment-provider charges.
Payment must be successfully completed before digital files are released.
6. Refunds and consumer rights
Because digital products are supplied electronically, change-of-mind refunds may not be available once the files have been delivered or accessed.
However, nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer protection laws.
If a product is faulty, materially different from its description, or otherwise fails to meet applicable consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to a remedy such as a replacement or refund.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, pricing and other website information are accurate.
Artwork may appear differently depending on screen settings, device, lighting and print method.

Use of those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
Recalibrate & Exhale is not responsible for the operation of third-party websites or services outside our control.
9. Intellectual property
All artwork, photographs, graphics, written content, branding, logos and other original material on this website are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit this content without written permission, except where expressly permitted under the licence accompanying a purchased product.
10. Prohibited use
You must not use this website or its content:
- for unlawful purposes
- to infringe intellectual property rights
- to distribute malicious code
- to interfere with the operation or security of the website
- to misrepresent your identity or relationship with Recalibrate & Exhale
11. Limitation of liability
