Common Questions

Yes. Recalibrate & Exhale artwork is designed for homes and professional environments where visual calm matters, including offices, reception areas, consulting rooms, waiting spaces and wellness settings. The collection favours nature-inspired imagery, restrained colour, open composition and lower visual complexity so the artwork adds interest without adding unnecessary visual noise.

Digital wall art gives you more control over how the artwork works in your space. You can choose the print size, paper or canvas, frame and local or online printer that best suits your home, office or professional environment. It also means you receive your artwork immediately rather than waiting for physical delivery.

Recalibrate & Exhale sits at the intersection of art, psychology and environmental design. Rather than relying only on décor trends, the artwork uses nature-led subject matter, restrained colour, open composition and lower visual complexity to create pieces that feel visually quieter. The work is psychology-informed, but it is not therapy or a medical intervention.

Recalibrate & Exhale artwork is designed to sit comfortably within a room rather than dominate it. Open horizons, natural subject matter and restrained palettes make the pieces adaptable to homes, offices, reception areas, consulting rooms and other professional spaces. If you’re unsure where to start, you can also use the Calm Space Audit to get a clearer sense of what your room may need, or the Room Preview tool to see selected artworks in your own space before you buy. That makes the answer much stronger because it doesn’t just reassure people — it gives them a next step.

Start by measuring the available wall space and deciding whether you want the artwork to act as a focal point or sit quietly within the room. R&E files are supplied in high reolution and are intended for printing up to the maximum size specisfied with each artwork, generally up to 50 × 70 cm. Your How-to-Print Guide also includes practical printing guidance.

Colours can vary slightly between screens and printed results because monitors, printers, inks and papers reproduce colour differently. R&E files are prepared for high-quality printing using restrained, natural palettes. A professional printer can help you choose paper or canvas and settings that best preserve the artwork’s tone.

1/ R&E artwork is created with the feel of the room in mind, not simply the empty wall. Each piece considers composition, visual complexity, colour, nature cues and breathing space. If you’re looking for calming wall art, office wall art or workspace décor that adds character without adding unnecessary visual demand, that is where R&E is deliberately different..

More isn’t necessarily better. R&E artwork is designed around the idea of lower visual demand: fewer competing elements, restrained colour, open composition and clear places for the eye to rest. One well-chosen artwork can often contribute more to a visually settled room than filling every available wall.
Recalibrate & Exhale was founded by psychologist and artist Alena Annabel. The work brings together an interest in environmental psychology, visual perception, nature and art to create visually quieter digital artwork for homes, offices and professional spaces. R&E artwork is not therapy or medical treatment; it is a considered approach to how art can influence the feel of an environment.
